I always like to get up 1 hour before sunrise, I xan breathe fresh air, be
enthusiastic to start my day, think alone
for a while about self improvement.
I have made this a habit for years,
I love to contnue.

I actually have a hard time sleeping and my back starts to hurt if I stay in bed too long. So, I usually get up very early and do my exercises and visit Mylot. Sometimes, if I am not working in the afternoon, I will take a nap and that's how I catch up on my sleep. Otherwise, I would never get any sleep!
