what do you do or how can you direct all mail to one box?

just have one email addy they will all go to it and some you wish never ever got there

Well, with most email providers, there are only too boxes to worry about. First is your inbox and the second being your junkmail/bulk box. Now the only thing I can suggest to you is to turn off your junk filtering. There should be options for that somewhere. With the filter off all email, even those deemed junk should appear in your inbox. Good luck!
