I've been trying to plan a trip to Japan for a couple weeks now and I'm stuck. The only thing I know is that I want to go to Tokyo to experience the big city and nightlife. Other than that I'm at a lost. I have considered traveling to one or two temples. Preferly not budhist, I want to see the real anciet stuff. Right now I'm open to any and all suggestions. So if you've been to Japan, are planning to, or want to and know what you want to do, help me out here!

It is a country of economic miracle. Devastated to dust, it rose as one of the most powerful economies in the world and billions depend on their tecnological innovations. Sincere, hardworking, dedicated work culture with total patriotism has made Japan what it is today. IT is worth visiting this country.

You can visit their lovely gardens, museums, cities, casions, monuments and historic sites. Tokyo is one of the most beautiful cities of the world. Their love for beauty is seen everywhere. They are artistic people.
YOu do what all you want, but never buy things in Japan. It is very expensive. Japanese goods are available elsewhere cheaper than in Japan. It is because they export more.

My brother in law lived in Japan for a couple of months. He showed me some lovely photos and they made me want to go to Japan. It is an expensive country with much to see. Planning a trip there carefully is important. Train fares are very pricey and so a train pass is the cheapest way to travel around. So it is wise to plan a route in advance and book the most economical accommodation. I would go to Kyoto first and see the beautiful temples and ancient buildings. Seeing Mount Fuji would be wonderful and scenic. Going to Tokyo would be exciting with its bright lights, busy city and loud nightlife. I have been told the beaches are beautiful but not at all touristy. Happy traveling.

Thank you! Really price is not too much of a problem. I'm working on a nice size buget. The time is really what I need to worry about. So much to see with so little time to see it all. But thank you for the suggestions, I never really considered Japan's beaches before. I will have to look into that
