What will your next tatoo be?

None, I'm just not into pain and besides, after all the trouble I've had after just getting my ears pierced, I'm sure not risking any more needles than I have to...

I have 7 right now and I plan on getting my 2 sleeves finished and a back piece, possibly a chest piece. My next tattoo is a tribute tattoo for my dad. I have my artist drawing it right now.

Well, I have quite a few, I quit counting actually. I do have ivy started that needs finished. I am having it placed about each of the other tattoos in order to show the connection to all things. I still have part of my back and one thigh to go. And, you are right, some places on the body are more painful than other parts. It seems, the meatier the area, the less the discomfort. However, that isn't always the case. I had an armband done and when he got to the underside of my arm, it didn't really hurt more, but the nerves there had a pretty weird sensation for about a week. Places where you have stretch marks are a little more uncomfortable. I though the one at the back of my neck would be the worst but it wasn't that bad. Actually, the most uncomfortable tattoos have been from the position you had to sit or lay more so than pain from needles. That and one tattoo artist had a grip of steel and my arm kept going to sleep and tingling. I love my tattoos. I keep telling my tattoo artist I wish I had more room. I am out of space on my back. I really don't want to go all the way down my arms. I won't put them at my ankles because my veins are so bad. So much art and so little space, lol. I have dragons, a heron, a hummingbird, a dragonfly, a dolphin, and a piece that looks like stained glass, just to name a few.
