What is valentines day ?is that much important for lovers??

it varies from one individual to another. Some think it's really important to celebrate valentines, while some think it's not a big deal. It's also kind of overrated- with everything being so expensive etc. we should express our love to our loved ones everyday, not just on v-day!

for me, everyday is love day not only for lovers but also for families..but yes, i think valentines day is important for lovers coz this day, they really express their love to each other, with gifts, flowers, chocolates, dating..it's important because it's only once a year..

There should be some avenue for young people to show their love and affection and this is one such occasion. Last decade there was not much fanfare for valentine day. As the employment opportunities increased in multi national companies and as the people got more and more access to the internet and the shopping owners also joined the fanfare by decorating their products and the Valentine day caught the attention of young people. Now in bis cosmopolitan cities, not participating in valentine day festivities, is considered as ignorance about love and lovers aday.!! Among our relatives and friends, there is no such fan fare taking place on valentine day.
