I am currently using PPS shampoo and conditioner and I am not happy with this product. As everytime I wash my hair it feels rough and dry, not smooth. So I was wondering what shampoos and conditioner do you use on your hair, to make it feel soft and frizz free? Do you also use a leave in spray conditioner in your hair? I wash my hair a couple of times a week. Do you think it is better to wash you hair everyday or once or twice a week?

i have a scalp condition so have to use a medicated shampoo which you cant buy in the shop but i also use treseme shampoo and conditioner thats good but if you can get hold of it keraste shampoo and the conditioner are excellent-there is one tip though never use hair and conditioner in one as that does make your hair dry and frizzy-also if it is frizzy get a serum to put on after you have washed it that should keep it soft and smooth-never put hairspray on too close to hair and dont use a lot it can ruin your hair or dry it out-littleowl

Hi Littleowl, thanks for your tips. I have not of either treseme of keraste, I wonder if we have those products in Australia. I will definately check it out.Serums are the best, I often use that when I straighten my hair with the GHD straightner. DOn't really use hair spray, so don't have to worry there. Thanks for your help, have a great day.

I try to avoid using the same kind of shampoo more than a couple of days in a row. I try to break up the monotony so to speak to give my hair life.
I prefer to use Suave's Toasted Vanilla and Sugar shampoo or their Strawberry. I'll switch it up though, especially on days where I used a lot of hair products, with a deep clarifying and cleaning one.
After I've dyed my hair I prefer to use something that really conditions, like Dove.

I think the best is to wash your hair every other day. I use LUSH shampoo bar and it works really nicely on hair, the hair is soft and moisturized. Also, I make sure I use a conditioner every time after I wash my hair so that it would add moisture to my hair.

I use all different brands of hair care becuase I ususally buy whatever is on sale or available at the Dollar Store, but right now I am useing Nature's Basics brand Shampoo abd Tresemme conditioner. I find it works well. For frizzies, try a silicone based hair product, usually called shine serum. It's availablr from a few brands and comes in a small pump bottle.
