That's a toughie isn't it? There are two ways this can go. Bite the bullet and go to this guy and tell him that while it was fun at the time, that's all it was and you seriously are not interested in anything else from him. Most guys I know, once they get that message generally just move onto another girl and completely forget about what they did or didn't do. IT could be however that the guy is as mortified as you and just wants to forget the whole thing ever happened. I would wait and see what his reaction is to you at work before going insane over the whole thing. If he avoids you or goes bright red every time he sees you, you can bet he wants to hide under a rock somewhere. If he gives you cheesy smirks and what have you, just give him the above message. As for the married guy? If he's any good as a mate then he'll see past a one night stand that was a mistake. That's just my opinion though.
