Love Stories...

My love stories aren't dramatic or outrageous in anyway. My ex-husband from my first marriage invited me to visit him in New Orleans before he left for Afghanistan during his last tour overseas. I met him in Hattiesburg Mississippi, then the next day we drove with a convoy of his friends to New Orleans. Initially we were still friends and I was going through a seperation from my 2nd husband and he was seperated from his wife. We figured we would just have a good time and drown our sorrows together lol! One thing led to another and we ended up talking one evening in a cafe and he told me that he was in love with me. I didn't even realize it, or think that I could love him again. After we left that cafe, we were walking along some cobblestone streets in the rain and he kissed me. Then I realized....I did still love him. Because that kiss took my breath away and I knew in my heart we belonged together. He left for Afghanistan and we stayed in touch, emailing daily and phone calls. After he came back home, he asked me to marry him.

I am in this relationship with the girl I love so much since 2001. Of course, life is not a bed of roses. We get to have problems too but we manage to address the issues. She's the greatest thing that ever happened to me!

Lol...I don't have boyfriend every valentines day. I just wonder why? Makes me asked my self why? All my relationships just fade out...before that date arrives, maybe cupid really hates me?
