Is Politics is a business in INDIA?

what is your opinion about politics in India. It is a mere business here. People those doesn't have any job will start working with any of the political party not for serving the country, but for making money. Even a low profile guy is earning lakhs in a month, then we can emagine what others have. Pls. respond

In India, politics is a business. It means all most all politicians are intermediaries. They are doing legally or illegally for others and making more earnings. They are misusing their power.Very rarely there is an exceptions in India and state politics.They aerlike Mr.A.K.Antony presently defence minister in India. Mr.Ummen Chandy, the opposition minister of kerala state, Mr. V.S.Achuthanandan,Cheif minister of kerala state. They are doing their job legally.If it has come a pressure from outside for doing a illegal matter, they will never loss their dignity.

You are absolutly correct my freind. Politics in India is a mess. We have only full time politicians and experts are not coming to our politics. Imagine if a minister of Health be an expert doctor or the IT minister is a an expert in the same field. Then we can imagine wonderful developments in the consecutive fields. Now what happened? The country is not getting much from these guys, they are developing their family only. May be they are under the impression that if all the families develop then the society will develop, ultimately the country will. Nothing happened here......The poor fellows become very poor and the rich becoming too rich. This all happened by lack of planning from our politicians

Hello,krishna! you are cent percent right.our politicians are making huge money as reports come very often.some of our ministers have made crores of rupees within a few years in the office.the recent episode was of Mayawati who has accumulated nearly fifty crores in different banks.what about Lalu Prasad?and many others.even the village politicians are making money.so if you are to make money,join politics.thank you.
