Anyone have any Roasting Recipes for a single man?

I received a Christmas present for the kitchen. It was one of those Rival electric roasters. The box says you can roast a turkey in it. I'm a single man who lives alone. I love to cook and am handy in the kitchen. But what do I do with this roaster? Does it cook like an oven? I'm not sure what I can cook with this. I certainly won't cook a turkey dinner for one. Help Anyone?????

i have one of those too and it is great. you can cook a 5 pound turkey on it. just make sure that it is in the center of the machine. you can also cook a ham but it can not be spiral ham. it breaks away from the bone to easily. i also put hotdogs and sausages on the metal rods and let them roast and wow they taste great. i hope that this helps. feel free to email me with any more questions
