No not only studies many other things are there which are important like expeerience, moral values ,social values ,etc.

Too much of any thing is too bad. This is applicable to excessive concentration only on studies. If one is going to be a saint, they that person can keep studying to enrich his worldly knowledge.

Education is important. Because it is to develop your mind in all fields. Unless if you are good at your activities such as business tact, programming knowledge, english, you don't need master degrees.
