where can i find a panda?

i heard that you can only find pandas in China. is this true or pandas have other habitat other than China? i like pandas because of their cute face and dalmatian dots on their body. i would love to go to a place where i can see a panda. i would go to China just to see a panda.

I would try checking you local zoo and see if they have one.

how come i did not think of that? i was so absent minded that i did not even consider the zoo to be the place where i could find a panda. thanks that really made my questions so much clearer.

I love Pandas as well I remember going to see them when a couple of them were brought to Australia, unfortunately they were asleep when i went to see them but they are certainly a beautiful animals, I hope you get to see some panda's one day....

i am glad that someone share what i like about pandas. they're so cute... wow! i did not know that they have pandas in Australia. that's so interesting, i thought they can only be found in China. i guess i was totally wrong about my assumptions and specially what i heard. thanks, i really hope to see a panda in my lifetime.

I also love pandas. I have been dreaming of going to China to see real pandas. I lived in Thailand for six years and I failed to go to Chiangrai zoo where there are two adopted pandas there. I hope someday I can see them for real. However I've seen polar bears in Bangkok.

If you want to see a panda. The best place is Chengdu's Giant Panda Breeding Center. The base has a research lab, museum, panda kindergarten, and adult panda grounds. In total the base has 45 pandas. The children stay in the panda kindergarten area until they are three years old. Then they can hold their own in the adult grounds.
And Chengdu is also a nice place!

Until now, China has send several pandas to other country. but i can't remember where. i'm so lucky that i have seen the pandas twice in beijing zoo.the pandas are really very cute. in China,we all love them, and the pandas are so precious. in China if you want see more pandas, you have to go to sichuan,a provice southwest of China, and,sichuan is a very beautiful place, you will have a pleasant trip, hope you can see the pandas some day!
