Has Anybody Played the Video Game Manhunt?

I recently played Manhunt for the ps2 and the sounds seem to be the best part of the game. I saw the reviews on Manhunt 2 and so many gamers say its terrible compared to the first manhunt so I didn't bother renting it. Has anybody beat the whole game. I'm currently on level 3 or 4.

It is very gorey. I think im a little furthur in it then you are because i just pruchased the game. I like the graphics in the second obviously because it is newer and higher quiality though.

The very last place I was in the game I was going more against what looks like soldiers rather than thugs. I don't know how far that actually is but I traded it in for another game. I'm a member of gamefly. Thank you all for your comments. Its good to hear from other gamers out there.

I've played manhunt but got bored as it is very repetitive and if it wasn't for the hype would probably have disappeared without anyone noticing. Manhunt 2 doesn't look much better so I think I'll give it a miss.
