Has anyone tried this diet? Or diet plan in other words. I read an article about it in a magazine today. It's about eating more filling foods so that you aren't hungry and don't fall off the diet wagon. Sounds like it works. They say that the more moisture in a food the more filling it is. And the more room it takes up in your stomach. You reduce your calorie intake, but increase the food you eat. Only it's different food. In the article I read the woman lost a ton of weight. She still lives by it today. What do you think?

It sounds like a good idea, and it does make sense. Sounds like a lot of the best foods would be fruits and veggies. Foods that also expand in your stomach are good as well, because they fill you up faster also. Bread is supposed to do that a little bit. I think that it could definitely work out for someone who wants to give it a shot. Drinking a lot of water would also give you the same effect as well.

Yes, I drink tons of water already. I am trying to research it more now, but it is hard to just read about it.

Me either. Still having trouble finding out all the details too. I don't want to read another diet book.

Personally I have lost over 250 pds with out a diet. How did I do this some ask.
I got out of an abusive situation for one.
I eat soup once a day and I leave behind 1/3rd of my food. I eat everything from cream cheese to butter.
I noticed once my head got better my body followed suit. I never expected to look as I do and I can't be prouder of what has happened for me. I also eat hot foods because of the fact this helps my metabolism

That is all very good advice and you sure have every right to be proud. Now, when you say "hot" foods do you mean temperature wise or spicy foods? I've heard spicy foods are good for you in many ways which is great for me because I LOVE hot stuff!

I'm gonna try to eat more soup. And I love salad. I am happy for you though. And I do believe that your body does follow you mind. have you read the secret? You should really look into it b/c it is kind of what you are describing in that statement.

About the hot food. I read it somewhere else that certain body's react differently to certain foods. I don't know if that is part of my weight loss or not.
I have not read the secret though. Soup is great and I make a lot of mine from scratch.

That is true, but it is hard to drink just water all the time. It's hard to follow any diet I guess.
