Ever get stuck as the middle man between two friends whom you thought were true? Well I have... it's a terrible place to be. Let me help you understand the whole situation.... I've known 2 of my long time friends for probably over 20 years now. One cheats on her hubby and everyone lets her get away with it. Do you know how uncomfortable it is to be friends with her and her hubby and be in the same room and knowing what she's doing, and her knowing what she's doing and everyone else knowing what she's done to him. It's very selfish of her to make me lie.. not out loud but to myself! It doesn't feel so good at all :( So I ended up having her and hubby over and another couple over (the other friend I've known since I've been 3) we all start having drinks then us girls let the guys be on their own and we go for a little walk. The cheater suggests that us 3 should go out on a girls night (now keep in mind that she's the reason we're getting in trouble) so I tell her that it's not that easy to hang out with her. My other friend agrees. So I'm guessing that hurt her feelings so she doesn't talk to me and the other girl for a very long time.. about 5-6 months.. this whole time, I had my friend's back and agreed with everything she had to badtalk about. 6 months later, this girl emails the cheater, and all the sudden the cheater calls us both.. so...the other girl ends up hanging out with her again, and gets mad at me for not wanting to hang out with the cheater.. so now I'm the bad guy! Now they are friends again and I'm out... how do things like this work out this way?
