Side tracked!

Well here we go again. My wife is bi-polar type 2. She takes meds everyday but she gets side tracked so easy. She can be on the way to do something and then BAM, she is doing something else and forgets all about what she was suppose to do. We were wondering if anyone else has this problem. Maybe it is not because of the bi-polar and maybe it is. If you have this problem please let us know what may cause such a side track. Thanks again everyone.
