The world is getting ready to celebrate valentine day on a grand scale. But in India it is going to be a different valentines day. Valentine day spread from France to all over the world.Its a special day for all people irrespective of age to exchange their love and affection with one another. In India Valentines Day is meant to be celebrated only by lovers and guys and girls who fall in love take this day to express their love for one another. Youngsters take this opportunity in India in the name of lover’s day and some misuse it. Almost general public don’t like because these lovers don’t respect the customs and the culture of India. Chennai is one of the biggest cities in India and the chief of the police force as given guidelines how to celebrate this day in the city. Hugging and kissing in public places has been prohibited and if any couple found misbehaving in the public places they will be taken to court on 14th Feb force have been informed to move in plain clothes in crowded places such as beach, parks, bus terminal, railway station and all places where public gather. The police chief advice is that the lovers can exchange wishes, gifts and play and chat pertaining to their future plans.
