I don't want to drinking too much ,but I have to.yesterday,my father and my uncle and I drink three bottle wine.

Why do you HAVE to drink with them? What happens if you don't? Do they shun you then? If they pick on you when you don't get drunk with them, don't worry about it. It doesn't matter what they say, you'd be the better man to do what you feel you should and stand up for yourself.
Plus, you can get a laugh out of watching them get drunk and stupid.
