What do all of you think about the types of badges pogo picks for the weekly challenges? I do like all the games but I think when they choose the badges for the week they do not take into consideration the amount of time that some of us get to spend on the computer and that we may not be able to complete the more complicated badges. The first badge I work on is my personal challenge as I know I will be able to complete that one. Then I go to the next one that will be the quickest to complete and save the most time consuming one until last. Sometimes I get to finish it and sometimes I don't as I don't have all that much time to spend on the computer. I for one would like to see them give us one challenge and let us choose at least 2 others ourselves that we know we can finish in the amount of time we have, especially when they offer a special badge like they did this week. I did not get to finish my Casino Island badge because I ran out of time even though I spent as much time as I could playing. Guess they think we are all kids or all we have to do is sit and play games.

I have yet to figure out how the badges work at pogo.com. I just joined several days ago and have been playing the free games. I am not a member yet but I may well be soon LOL I stayed up till 1am this morning playing poppit, that was a lot of fun!

That is the same game I played when I first got hooked on pogo. I have been a member since 2000 and love it. The price has gone up so much over the years I sometimes think maybe I won't sign up again but I guess I am a pogoholic cuz I signed up again. LOL Let me know if you need another guest pass and I will send you one.

It's hard when the badges are based on "luck" and not skill. Or even just a matter of "time". It did take me a while to get this weeks challenges because I didn't need "skill" to get both badges. Then I had to get a personal badge for an albumn way back when.. That badge was toally "time" orentiented because you had to keep playing the rounds until you got to the one you needed - a few times. It wasn't that bad, but it took me until tonight (the last night) to get the badge. Yeah, it is kinda frustrating when you actually have a "life". OH, and remember it's Pacific time for them, so if you're on the east coast you have a couple extra hours...

I dont usually have much of a problem in getting the badges in teh time they give us. I dont always get the badges because I choose not too though. I have alot of spare time on my hands right now and I'm sure that helps me with the longer badges to a point. I find the badges are sometimes way to easy. I purchase the badge albums and pogo gems because I run out of things to do with the weekly :)
