Is education the only thing to play in career?

I agree with you but when you are going in a MNC to interview then they ask for your academic qualifications then you have to show of your education because without a PG(Post Graduation) you can't be a part of a company..... So think that education is only a key to open the door of interview, or a company otherwise when you don't have a key of that door then you can't enter it but after the entrance your knowledge is important...
