Health spas in my country can be very expensive indeed. It sounds nice to have Indian head massage or have a relaxing massage. I would love to go to beautiful Kerala and have some spa treatments. Luckily I am in good health. I really love to travel.

Nice start to a discussion. Ayurveda is very ancient and divine treatment method of the celestial gods. It was written as veda in Sanskrit language and it has relevance even in this mechanized world. Try and feel the difference.
