Well first of all I want to thank all my Friends and Members who have kept my little Gissi in their thoughts
But Gissi would not be Gissi if he did not have to let People know he is about, even when he is sick and hurting.
We eventually got to the Vet, after doing a little Detour, but hey I got there no probs at all (eventually) my excuse is I was trying to distract Gissi.
Gissi was happy to get out of the car, he got out that fast I did not get the chance to get out first
We walk into the Vets, there are 2 Boxer Dogs, one Doberman Dog, one Yorkie that was petrified and a Cat, all sitting nice, till Gissi walked in and created Havoc by barking and trying to platy with them all. of course the Dogs where reacting to him barking and prancing about, the peace was shattered, the Yorkie started shaking more, the Cat went right in the back of it's box. I love my Dog I really do but I could have quite happily pretended he was not with me. While I am trying to fill out the forms he is barking and teasing all them Dogs. One Guy laughed and said "I want that dog, he has got personality, I love him." Of Course Gissi made Friends with him and was enjoying the Fuss People where making of him, while they where telling their own Dogs of for misbehaving even though it was this little Devil that set them all of, I am standing there bright red in the Face.
I sat down and things started to calm down, not for long, I really do not know why Gissi did this but every time the door to the Vet opened and another went in he was barking like mad, as if he thought he should be going in and not the others it was really strange, everyone was laughing at him even the Nurse, I wasn't I was trying to hide, well after an 1 1/2 it was his turn, thank goodness, but oh oh when he realized he was at the Vets and not a Pets playground he wanted to leave lol
Well I had to then drag him back in, it was like pulling him on a sledge, guess who got the angry looks to not the vet and not the Nurse that was for sure. But then when they started to put the Mussel on him his angry look turned into a pleading and panicky look and that brought tears to my eyes and I wanted to tell them to stop.
But he is fine now just dopey
But no matter if the little Man is well or not he still creates havoc.

this has given me a laugh. thank you. gissi is such a little character. i would of loved to have been there watching. but i can also understand how you were feeling. i think if my dog was running amok like that i would of felt the same. but gissi's cuteness makes him be able to get away with it, god love him.
best wishes to you and gissi and take care. do hope gissi is alright though.

Thasts great , I`m glad everything went ok .
Sounds like he was enjoying the attention til he realized he was at the vets , funny how they get to the point that they remamber those places that make them uncomfortable , or feel threatened .
He must be relaxing again thats a good thing as I`m sure you both need it after that .

And you wouldn't want him any other way would you? I can just see him having fun in the vets waiting room til he realised where he was! lol I know it was difficult but if you didn't want him to create havoc you ahouldn't have spoiled him - and don't bother saying who me, cos we all know you have ! lol xxxx

Well one thing is for certain he takes after his mum with the great warm personality, a magnetic personality that will have people instantly warm to you both! Wish I could have been there to see it and to hold Gissi's paw although I think I would have scared all the pets off, seeing a big wolf coming in! Mind you Gissi would have got lots more respect, his own guard wolf to take care of him! Thanks for sharing made me smile, even when he's feeling poorly he still manages to get up to mischief, that's me boy!

I could just imagine you in the waiting room at the Vets when Gissi set all the other dogs/cat off! He surely is a dog with personality!
Anyway, I'm glad to hear that he is ok now, and not in any more pain. Get well soon, Gissi my friend! xxx

Am I to understand it took an hour and a half wait for your turn? Wow what a long wait.
Gissi is sure cute and full of mischif.
Petie loves everyone at the vets office so he would love to visit all. He does not bark at them.
We had a cat Forrest who was my slow boy. He was mantally challenged so to go to the vets we would put him in an open box and he would stay there. He would meow really loudly but never get out of the box. Everyone at the vets office loved Forrest because the way he would meow loudly but never get out of the box. Alas Forrest is in heaven waiting at the bridge for me.

Yes that is how long we had to wait because it is first come first serve and of course People who live in the Area already arrive at 8 even thought the Vet does not open till 9. I have to say I was glad when I was able to go home as I was in Pain but because I had to drive I was not able to take the Pain killers
Forrest sounds one lovely little Fellow
