What's the story with Alertpay

I'm pretty sure I didn't already make a topic about this already, but i'm a little sleep-deprived! Anywayys, what's the story with Alertpay? Has anyone actually even gotten paid by them, is the pay transferable to paypal, or to mail in any way/ Why're they doing this to begin with, etc etc. Basically I want some backround information and at least some people that have actually truely gotten paid for recruiting/ just joining in general.
