I've heard so many great things about Australia. My friends who have been can't stop raving about it. I read a lot about it and find it a very alluring place to visit. It seems that all Australian women are just gorgeous e.g. Nicole Kidman. You know, one of my friends said that the ratio of women to men is 7 to 1. Meaning 7 women to 1 man. Does anyone know if this is true? I even hear it's normal for women to pick up on men in the bars. Does anyone know if this is true? If it is, I'm there tomorrow!!!

Well, I guess I'll see you there. It is definitely in my plans to see Australia by next year. What part of Australia is your girlfriend in? I'm assuming you're visiting that part, right? Do you plan on seeing the rest of the country? I myself am planning to see Sydney and Perth. Tell your girlfriend to recommend other places she knows of.

LOL well I don't know about there being more women than men but I have always wanted to go to Australia. I know from Gather.com I am friends with two single very good looking Aussie men who are looking for someone. I am not looking I am 58 and happily Married. I think it would be great to go to Australia and have been invited if I do go to visit Bluey, Johnny and Best of all Single and goodlooking David Hudson who is Yanni's Digeridoo player and an artist. My problem is I have no financial ability to go and probably never will unless I win the lottery or Publishers clearing house which neither seems very likely. I would like to spend six weeks there at least and visit places. I hear though Australia has some of the most dangerous and posionous animals in the world. Spiders being one of them and that makes me shudder. Still I would like to go for a visit. Maybe before I get to old to enjoy it.

Hmmm, let me see....the risk to reward ratio.....on one hand dangerous and poisonous animals, on the other hand, hot and desperate women...hmmm. Tough scale to balance, but, I'll take my chances. The hot and desperate definitely outweigh the dangerous and poisonous....LOL...ha ha ha!!!! Hope you win that lottery and eventually make it down under.

I have been to Australia twice because there is so much to see. The wildlife is unique like the kangaroos, koalas and emus. The landscape varies to gorgeous beaches to the red outback. The people are friendly and honest. Most of all I loved the amazing city of Sydney with its stunning looking harbor, Kangaroo island with its wildlife watching opportunities and the Great Barrier Reef full of colorful coral and friendly fish. I hope that you go to Australia one day soon.

Australia is my dreaming land. I have long heard of the distinctive flora and fauna there and unique animals, such as platypus, kangaroo, koala and wombat. And what'smore I am greatly impressed by its multiculturalism. A country of immigration and charm and misteries. May one day i can go there to experience the unique culture.I

i have been to australia. great place. there is everything there. all the climate are there be it tropical, desert, snow. i think all european that got australia as a country is (as they say it) 'bloody' lucky. good new prime minister as he has apologized for the crime that has been done by previous government towards australian native people. I think the previous prime minister is arrogant, he doesnt care much about australian neighbouring asian countries and people..
