Whenever possible, try to have at least 3-5 lines on each post & you'll earn more than posts with just a few lines. This is actually my 4th payout from MyLot. I was much more active in the beginning so I was getting payouts more often. After looking at my payout slideshow for MyLot, there was about a 7 month gap since my last payout. I have learned that you have to be active daily if you want to earn something everyday.

According to my profile page, it says I've been a member for one year, but looking at my first payout and my welcome email, I would have to say it's been more like a year and a half since I signed up. I'm not what you would consider an extremely active member, but I visit as often as I can in the hopes of finding answers for my research or passing along what's been working for me. As of the time of this post, I have only 2217 credited discussions and have earned $100.07 as of this mornings update. I have now been paid 5 times and should be receiving the sisth sometime before the 15th of this month (August 08). I even included my payout proofs for the sites that have paid me since MyLot isn't the only site I participate in.

Hi soccnut. Sorry for the delay in replying. I've been off the computer more than on in the last few months. The amount per post will vary based on your content, of course, but the longer your discussion/response the better your earnings for each day will be. Many of my posts consist of much more than 4-5 lines and may have helped increase the amount I've earned. In addition, I have one active referral here that helps to add a little extra from her activity. As far as the balance updates goes, I'm sure that you've figured out by now that the stats get updated each day. The time may vary a little bit, but it's usually every 24 hours or so. If you look at your earnings page, you'll see a small notation of when the last earnings update was done. Looks like there will be another update in about an hour from now.
