what are referrals as mentioned in the myLot earnings?
please do tell me how do we get paid on myLot.

Referrals are when you refer Mylot to a friend and he/she signs up using the link. You get 25% of their earnings, but they don't loose the money.

ITs simple.. you have a referral link on the home page. If you refer your friend using this link and he signs up (using the same link)you get paid 25% of his income. This doesnt mean the 25% will be deducted from his earnings..he will earn as it is. You will get the extra earnings...
