Hi,I'm Christine Huang ,a girl from China,I wanna tell u that my favorite mom's cooking!~It's Chicken Porridge!Yep,I think I should call it like this.I love it very much!!Now,I'm gonna tell u how to cook it.First,clean the chick and the stickrice,then,cook the chick first like the same way we make chicken soup,when u can smell the delicious fregrance of chicken,then ,put the salt,and later,put the clean stickrice into the soup,just like make porridge,we should mix round sometimes,for that ,the soup can totally mix with the tice.till the rice is cooked,we can put some pepper and red date(I can find this kind of food's english,in Chinese is ??,sorry for that!).maybe a lit bit medlar,that'll be prefect and delicious!~Oh,by the way,when cook the chicken soup,don't put too much water!~ Well,this is my favorite mom's cooking,waht about yours?Just tell me !~I'd like to know it ,to know that kind of mom's love !~
