I am sure many of us here are scared of death. But why? or what trigger this fear? Could it be from an experience? Religious belief? the loved ones we might leave behind? your appearance when you die? Way of dying? the perhaps unbearable pain? or maybe the so-called "dying" process? We all know that death is a process we all have to go through. Is this the reason why some of us have this fear? For some it may not be the fear of dying but the thought that we would have to leave everything/everyone we have here in our physical world; our family, our friends, our career, our partners and the material things we have. Do we really have to fear death? Tell me what you think.
