I'm not very competent when it comes to computers, but I'd love to be able to start my own web page. Are there any myLotters who have been able to start and update their own webpage. If there is an easy way, and for me I mean easy then I would be happy to learn. Thanks for any input. I hope to have my novel published soon, so I'd like my own site.

I am also interested to know how to make a web site of my own. I am interested of having one. But right now, I am still trying to look for the best things to put on it. Hope our co-members here will share their knowledge on how.

It has been a while since I have built a web page - it was a college course - but it was surprisingly easy, and I think they make a "for dummys" book about html (love those books!) I also remember being able to make a basic web page in Word. I don't remember exactly how, but the little paperclip guy should be able to tell you. You just make your page then Word converts it to html and uploads it. I'm sure there are other software programs that do this too by now.

I think that you should start with the blogger.
It is easy to build and change.
Than you can build one of those free to build websites.
I would start with blog.
