Everybody sometime or the other or most of the time require to travel by air.In todays time its almost a must do.And defineteley one must have come across a rude air hostess who doesn't like and thus gives you a hard time at every step .How would one handle this situation you feel you are strangled at the same time the other hostesses too give you a cold shoulder.Due to some incidence of past customers irrelevant behaviour they take you for granted .How do you overcome this and get them to respond to you in courteous way?Can any one suggest and help in this matter?

I find smiling goes a long way in conversation with an air hostess. I ask nicely using the words please and thank you. Most of time I have found airline staff polite. However I found a couple of quite impolite ones on a flight to Tunisia. I couldn't do much to get them to help me when I had ear pain and was sick. I had far better service on a flight to Australia when an air hostess gave me something to help my ear pain. Some airlines have friendly staff and they pride themselves on this. I wish you happy traveling.
