there are 3 entreprenuers who would like to start an organisation in bangaloreto manufacture computer spre parts. they all have a strong engineering background and are finencially sound.the are fresh graduates and thier knowledge of practical aspect is inadequate.
they would like to be the leaders of the market in 10-15 yrs in manufacturing spare parts.

Since your freshers, first take up entrepreneurship course conducted by the State Government (Industries Dept). Since technically you might have or you will acquire the knowledge, the balance aspects to be covered is: Infrasturcture including land and building, plant and machinery, technical personnel, most important is finance and even more important marketing. A lot of subsidy is given if you open industry in a rural area. Land is also cheap over there. You also meet IT Secretary of the Karnataka Govt.
