Who orginally created photoshop?

Photoshop was written in 1988 by John Knoll, and his brother Tom. John Knoll is one of the SFX engineers at George Lucas's Industrial Light And Magic (ILAM) Knoll did a huge amount of work on Star Wars. In September, of 1988 Adobe aquired the licencing rights to the program code, and released their version 0.63 for Apple MacIntosh. A Window o.s. version (2.5) was released in 1992 I don't know if it was November or December. The most recent release is CS3 or "EXTENDED 10.0" and that was released in April of last year.
