Paris with the Champs Elyssees and the Rue de Grand Armee in the center the Arc de Triumph, veer of to the Seine and right in the middle of the river on a island the most beautifull Cathedral de Notre Dame ( did you know they buried Joan of arc underneath the floor ,after it took them 100 years to build this cathedral) and after that the famous Eiffeltower with the restaurant on the 1st floor and all the suicide nets on every floor!

Well, Mr. hd1027,so you like La France, eh? After graduating highschool I spent a year abroad as a nanny or jeune fille au paire as they say. My most favorite place there is Mont Martre the artistic city on a hill. The infamous stomping ground of Toulous le Trec. I also remember the Puce (sp) aka our flea market, in the city square. Ofcourse I just adored les croissant buerre. The Louvre was amazing with its Mona Lisa. I passed Le Tour Eiffel on the Eve of New Years 1982, unbelievable! Les Champs Elysees is quit a site, I must agree. I also remember that incroyable sight that you are referring to. I have seen it at night after eating choucroute in a restaurant along the river, in all of its Parisian Splendor.
