UK man held in Dubai without charge

Cat Le-Huy is a UK citizen who was vacationing in Dubai. He was seized at the airport due to having some melatonin in his possession. Melatonin is a sleep aid that is LEGAL and can be purchased over-the-counter in both the UK and Dubai. During his search the authorities found some dirt in his bag and claimed it was hashish. He was arrested and held pending test results. That was almost a month ago and he is still being held without charge. They can't find anything to charge him with, but yet they will not release him!
