She is going to State!!

Okay well my daughter (14, freshman) is heading of to Washington State Girls wrestling Tournament!
She placed first at our Districts!!! I am just so fricken excited!!! Only bd thing.. .one of the girls she has to wrestle... (well if she wins two matches) is Ranked 4th in the USA!
Now if the snow will mellow... and avalanche danger will stop... so cars, buses can get to the dome... we will have it made!!!

Well, you have all the right to be excited... being first in your district is something to be proud of and is a great opportunity for you daughter to get more exposure... your daughter is still young so she still has a long way to go... and i bet she is also very excited to meet and wrestle the girl who is ranked 4th in the USA...
Win or no win... nothing can beat what she has accomplished already at a very young age...

Congrats to your daughter. I hope she does well at the tournament. Don't look at it as a bad thing if she wrestles one of the top girls in the US, it's going to be a challenge for her and I'm sure she will do her best.
They don't offer girl's wrestling here yet. I hope they do soon though because I've got one that can wrestle pretty good. We wrestle around the house a lot because it's entertaining and good exercise.

actually she started in 7th grade... ALL boys... and took third in the all boys tournament... so you don't have to have girls wrestling! LOL when she first wrestled her first girl.. it scared the crap out of her... actually she has only wrestled I think 7 girls all together...
Thanks we all are excited.. she lives at 8:30 in the morning!!

Way too go!!!! Now is she would beat #4 what would that put her ranking at?

You need to forward a picture of her new "do" to the frugal group. I know we all would love to see it.
