you can try the Portico - it is located in Adriatico street in Manila. they served the best italian food, and they can also serenade guest nightsly under the star lit sky :-)

Try Illustrado inside Intramuros. Or you can bring her in Manila Hotel and ride a boat have dinner in the bay. That would be lovely. And also try to go up to Antipolo City which is famous for sweet overlooking dinner of Manila. Try Swiss Chalet or if its too fancy for you i suggest Cloud Nine or Padis Point along Sumulong Highway. Have fun!

all i know is the casino floating restaurant its in roxas boulevard in manila you can go also to some five star hotel like peninsula, manila hotel, and lot more its all in the roxas blvrd you will see it in the way from naia airport why dont you go to some beaches island in philippines its better:-)
