These were my ideas during high school when I read the student's guidelines book..
.. well, if I became a teacher in a very liberal educational institution, I'd encourage my students to study by rewards. What kind of rewards? Here are some:
Three perfect quizes in two weeks would grant him the permission to wear an earring in my class. The more perfect quizes, the more earrings to be worn.
If that student always participates in which I would know by the number of recitations that I have tallied for each student, I'd permit him grow his hair long.
A student was able to be among the top three high scoring students in the batch, I'll permit that student to wear henna tattoos.
Well, they are odd ideas but they really sound nice during high school.. hmmm, nothing for the girls I guess ^_^;
If you would be a teacher, how would you encourage your students to study even though that they wouldn't really want to?

Nice ideas. Boys would love that. If I'd become a teacher, I'd allow all girls who'll make it to the top ten of the class wear micro mini skirts, I'd let them kiss their boyfriend in class (or whoever they like for that matter), even let them powder their faces while I'm discussing my lessons. Hahahaha.. Obviously, these were the things I've been deprived of when I was still at school.

Your more liberating than what I could offer as rewards.. Micro-Minis.. I wouldn't like to be teaching infront of my class if girls wore such rewards.. ^_^; it'll be hard for my male class to focus as well.. especially the kissing reward. Well, as long as they could prove their grades in recitations and quizes, that I hope that they won't cheat on, they might as well reap the benefits.
Hehehe, the rewards I mentioned were also those that were deprived from us guys when we were still at high school..

I suppose I'll strive to make my lessons more fascinating to make the lessons easier to pick up. I mean, even if you composed an epic story, nobody would notice it if your execution of the material is poor.
