Cha Cha Search Team / myLot

So I know I'm not going to get rich searching for ChaCha.com. But I was thinking about building a nice size team of ChaCha guides. Being that I signed up fro Chacha September, one month after it launched I'm pretty high up on the tier. I believe I'm on the second tier. I have yet to build a network of guides. Would you work for chacha.com? If so why, and if not why not?

i wish they had something like that here in canada. when i tried to join it was for the us only :-( and that is something that i would really like to do!
