Of course smoking is bad for your health, however I smoke. If I am smoking outside somewhere I don't care about other people smelling it. If they can see that I am smoking and don't want to breathe it they should go around me. Besides outside you are less likely to breathe in enough to hurt you. Breathing in fumes from CARS is worse and people do that everyday.
