Problems with Ebay

I usually make a little extra money selling items on Ebay. Car parts & other things. I listed an item on Monday morning and when I wen to check it in the evening, Ebay had cancelled it because the buyer's account had been compromised. I listed the item again that same nite and when I checked it Tuesday am it had sold thru the Buy It Now feature. Ebay has a little box that you check off when you are entering a listing that says to check if you would like to block potential problematic buyers for example members with a -1 rating or lower (I didn't think that was even possible) and those who have had 2 or more non payments in the last month. Well low and behold the person who bought it Monday nite has a -3 rating with a private feedback. Needless to say I have not received payment and when I tried to file an unpaid dispute with Ebay it says that I can't until after February 19. I sent the "buyer" and invoice and a message to pay or I will report. Of course no answer. I also sent Ebay a message in regards to the so called block of those with a -1 or lower rating and I have not heard back except for the automated "Your message is very important to us and we will contact you as soon as possible". I have been using Ebay for 3 years now and this is by far the most frustrating thing to happen. I basically have to sit and wait. Has anyone had any issue similar to mine? If so what was the ultimate outcome?

yes sadly all you can do is wait it out! i have had so many issues with them lately.. their fees have gone up, their service has gone down, their paypal fees are up as well! i sell more often on craigslist than i do on ebay! you have to wait and if you try to communicate with them, good luck! their customer service is not in the states and english is not their first language.

craiglist is more like an online penny saver/garage sale. u can find amazing things but its also pretty junky.. try craigslist dot org for your local area and see if your items would be a good fit.
ebay is a state company but there is only online help and the agent that helped me did not have english as his first language, you can tell by a person's grammar when they have learned it second hand. try calling ebay, you can't get a real person.
