Somebody toldme that traffic exchanges lowers google page rank before. I htink that htis is what happening to my site. It's been three months now since I make my blog and all I got is a page zero. Back on January, when one of my friends check my page rank and he said it was two now down to zero. Is it true that Google will lower your page rank if you are using traffic exchanges to promote your site?

If you don't use traffic exchanges strategically they can come back and bite in the tush. If you suddenly have a surge of page views that is not sustainable, this can trigger the ranking sites to look for the anomaly and if the traffic looks suspect will result in a decrease in rank. Auto-surfs and other bots will more likely hurt you in the long run. So choose wisely how you promote your site.
