what does valentine's day mean to you?

What does it mean?I mean really.I know that alot of people
think that it really means for love,gifts,happiness,etc.
but what does it truthfully mean to you in your heart?
For me,it is about love,happiness,and timely moments with your loved one,or your g/f or b/f.I've always given my Mother a special Valentine's day card every year.
It means so much to me that i show her how much that i do love her,and respect her as a "Mother".
So,how about you?Care to share your feelings with me?

I too always remember my mother for Valentine's Day. I will be doing something special with her today, she's my favorite girl!

Hi satanicwitch.I love my mother so much just like you.I'll stay at home to have this special day with my family.Because i'm a single person.Happy the spcial day.

thank you Untruelife for your response.I agree with you that mothers are the greatest.Even though my mother is special to me,but it's sad that i won't be able to enjoy Valentine's Day with her Tommorrow.B/c she's going on a trip cross the waters for a month or less.I will miss her very much and worry about her safety until she gets back home safely.I have to pick her up when she returns to our airport here in the tri-cities.

I think that valentines day has evolve to a marketers holiday. So I don't celebrate it.
