I wanna tell my boss I dun care and just make my own decisions at office

actually sometimes me too.generally speaking boss have a more full experince, if we be the boss, maybe we'll know more about boss's idea.

Maybe you can try to estimate if you are bosse, your worker don't listen to you, and do what he like to do, will you angry? Maybe change your position to other people, can help you find a good solution.

moongazer-if you still want the job, you cant ignore the pecking order-from what you say here,looks you are fed up with your current job and you want to play the insurbordinate, that if you asked me, is a mistake-if you want to move on between occupations or into self employment, dont cut ties with those in authority you had the opportunity to work with-you can never tell when you will need a vital blessing from them for something bigger in life-a good record is a gem and you wont get one if you begin to turn the table on your bosses!

communication is key to success, why not ask nicely? boss, please resign, i can do your job better. if that does not work, resign.. before he fires you..

hi, don't be so absolute. he is your boss because his ability,experience,qualification,and other advantages that u don't discover. why not sit down to have a deep communion with him first?
