Had my olives pressed!

OK, so we have just ot back from Crete and our neighbours presented us with nearly ten litres of pure virgin olive oil from our trees. We only have five trees and our neighbours have three trees, I still can't believe how much oil has been produced! The oil is a rich dark green colour and tastes superb, we managed to bring some back with us and we are having it with virtually every meal, reminds us of Crete. Less than four years to go and we move out there permanently, woohoo! J.
