Hi all,
have got some garlic bulbs and have been looking for advice as when to plant them and also when they will be available to crop.
I keep getting conflicting advice, some sites say wionter is best to sow and some say early spring, what advice can you give, I would have though that spring would mean them having to much sun over the summer, but what do I know?
Trying to get a little vegetable plot up and running so we can grow and eat our own vegetables, any help would be much appreciated.
Best regards,
J.

It is good to plant the garlic cloves before winter sets in so that they can get better root systems before the real growing season starts. This way they will be better able to grow and multiply their cloves before harvesting.

You ask a question that I will be able to answer with lots of growing tips, but I need to know where you live, and what gardening zone you live in.
