What hurts the most?

Letting go of someone you love because you fear you are not good enough for him/her, and that you don't want to hurt them in the near future. or Having someone you love letting you go? What hurts the most to you guys?

Sadly, I would have to say letting og of someone. Neither option is easy but I think it's easier to let go of someone than to have someone let go of you. I had that happen to me with my first love and I don't think I have ever fully recovered from it to this day...
