"Ice Age" A Wonderful Movie with Depth in its Script" - Did you enjoy it?

"Ice Age" is:
Occurring during the time period of the Ice Age, a wooly mammoth, a sloth, and a sabertooth tiger, find a lost human infant, and they venture on a journey, seeking to return the child to his tribe.
Its hilarious, strong in story, and has solid action sequences.
Filled with great computer animation, this is a movie that also contains a solid story. Unlike its sequel, it is rich in character development, and is consistently funny. Its PopCulture references are right on target and highly hilarious.
The main characters are perfectly cast. Ray Romano voiced Manfred the Mammoth. His lackadistic way of speaking was ideal. John Leguizamo gave a special spark as Sid the Sloth, with his high vocal energy. Denis Leary (which i love..) was fierce as Diego the Sabertooth, giving him adequate life with his sarcastic big jerk persona.
In comparison to most CGI movies, this one excels. It is a beauty to view, and a jester of true hilarity. Plus, the script is solid for adults to enjoy as well as the kiddos.

I really enjoyed Ice Age, Sid was my favorite. I didn't enjoy number 2 as much - although I still thought it was good. They're making Ice Age, so I'll be going to see that (might to borrow some kids first though).

Yes, I saw Ice Age before, but I wasn't that impressed by it. I thoughtthe animation was ind of ugly, and it felt like imitation Disney. :P

To be honest, I don't think Ice Age was a very good film at all. I don't think the script was any good, the characters were cliche and annoying and the plot wasn't that interesting. It was nothing I hadn't seen before (just different setting) and I doubt I won't see it again.

I just watched the Ice Age The Meltdown to day and I love both of these movies,there funny and cute.Enjoyable for everyone.
