Do you think that it is easier to forgive...or forget...if at all? i believe with forgiveness comes a tiny bit of forget...the reason i say this is because in order to forgive u must some how be willin to let go of what happened hence u will be needing to forget a little... do u agree or disagree?

I would say it is easier to forgive, because we have help available in Christ Jesus to accomplish this difficult act. But to forget involves our brain and sometimes the enemy likes to bring things up to our rememberence.

I think it's a lot easier to forgive than it is to forget. Of course, it all depends on what has happened to us that needs to be forgiven. Sometimes it's wise to remember just so history doesn't repeat itself (ie: fool me once...shame on you; fool me twice...shame on me) The bible says we should forgive...

It's easier to forgive something that don't matter, but when it come to relationship,I can't forgive or forget, cuz I still hate my ex.

I read somewhere, and now I can't remember where, something to the effect of forgiveness should be immediate, but the forgetting will take time. The hurt will still be there. I think the forgetting part requires a conscious effort to say, I will not hold this against them, I will look at this person with friendship/love/etc again.
