I do rate my friends. But it depends on what they are talking about, weather or not I will give them a good or bad rating.

I rate all my friends a +. I do this because they always start good discussions. If I end up with friends who do not start good discussions, or who give silly replies, I dont reply too their discussion & end up deleting them from my friends list.
