Stars?

What are the stars with the numbers in the upper left hand corner of others names? I know that is probably a stupid question but, I am still getting my feet wet here! Thank you for any help!

Well yes its a reputation thing here in myLot on how other members rate your responses on thier discussion and keep up on your earnings too!It a way of helping each other also here in myLot. Your star is very good and I just earned my first star yesterday with a rating of 9. Well I have to continue making good responses and discussions to increase my star. Happy myLotting!

The star with the number beside your name is your reputation here at myLot. You don't get to see it until you reach your 100th post. The higher the number in your star, the better. Good luck to you!
